How to type Italian
The Italian layout is QWERTY with the accented vowels on the right: è on [, é on Shift + [, ò on ;, à on ', ù on \ and ì on =.
There is no key for capital accented letters: the standard Italian layout cannot type È, which Italians usually write as E' or paste in. Words that end in a stressed vowel, like città and perché, are the ones that need the accent keys.
@ is AltGr + ;, # is AltGr + ' and € is AltGr + 5. The square brackets are AltGr + è and AltGr + +.
